Free annual Lecture Series

Hey everyone! Celebration Tabernacle Church is sponsoring an ongoing series of health and wellness workshops. On January 3rd, from 10 to 11:30 am, Fresh Start Restorative Health kicks off it’s annual series of lectures on nutrition, healthy lifestyle, exercise and health. Come to this free lecture series to learn how you can gain the tools to establish a better and healthier lifestyle.

Fresh Start for Restorative Health is a team of experienced life coaches, trainers nutritionists and professionals, and is offering a free series of classes. As health care costs sky rocket, there is no better time then now to learn now you can help prevent serious illness and establish a healthy lifestyle for years to come. Again, the series is absolutely FREE, and offers free refreshments at each lecture, starting The first Saturday of every month. Celebration Tabernacle is a non denominational church serving the community for 21 years, lead pastor Elbert Mondaine, who recognized many years ago the need for uninsured and at risk members of his community to be empowered through education and training to establish improved health and to tackle or address through affordable means the very important American diseases such as obesity diabetes heart disease and cancer.

Fresh start for restorative health is a team of concerned members of this church who have come together to actualize this vision of Pastor Mondaine.
